Blythe Girls Checking In

It's been a wee while since we heard from Nanette and Opal.  They've been very well, enjoying a mild winter, and working hard at their jobs.  Today they're relaxing, single-tasking and loving it.  Opal is on the left, Nanette on the right.

Nanette is none too pleased that Opal borrowed her felt beret without permission.  "Just ask next time, alright"?   "Yeah, sure, sorry about that.  But hey, are those MY boots you're sporting there"?  Of all the nerve.
The girls and I on a relaxing Sunday afternoon in february.

Next up is some cake toppers I got at the local antique store; so tiny about 3 inches tall each, but so incredibly full of character.

Lastly, here are 3 matchboxes that my Fiona decorated with little poems, paints, glitter and teeny, weeny themed  miniatures.

I apologize for the blurry pix; I either need to invest in a better camera, or get a steadier hand lol.

Hope you all have a brilliant week ahead,
Slainte,
trish

I like the way Nanette is giving you that side-long glance. The miniatures are fabulous--fascinating little things and the little ditties are fun.

Thanks friends, I have been enjoying blogging this past year since Loganberry lane. It's so cool to meet wonderful people from around the world who share similar interests. Ilove checking in on your blogs and gaining inspiration from them. Don[t worry Maria, the good weather will soon come to Holland.

It's fun to hear from the Blythe girls--they're super cute! My favorites of everything, though, are the cake toppers. Fantastic! So much character and so retro--love them! :-) Jennifer
